  • ​Do I need Travel Insurance? - We strongly recommend taking out comprehensive travel insurance with a reputable insurance company. Including cover for any pre existing medical conditions, as well as any activities you plan to do and equipment you are travelling with. If required we can provide you with unique links to purchase Holiday Insurance for Peace of Mind. *** When Declining Insurance a Waiver with need to be signed and returned prior to proceeding with any bookings.

  • Cancellations & Refunds -  Cancellation payment terms and conditions will apply for bookings cancelled by the customer. These T&Cs will differ for each supplier and the customer may not be entitled to a refund, This will be determined by individual bookings Terms & Conditions.

  • What if I have an issue while I am on Holiday? - Firstly your holiday is protected with ABTA , and Some Flights and Package holidays also include ATOL protection. Secondly We are here to assist you as your Independent Travel Agent, with any issues, prior to, during and upon your return. Thirdly, Most Travel suppliers now have an app to download, which will give you full access to your Booking, Accommodation, your Holiday Travel Rep and a chat facility to be able to resolve most basic travel issues immediately.

  • Can I hire a car whilst on Holiday? - It is important to check the country you are going to visit allows for you to hire a car with just your Driving Licence. Some countries may require to see or take copies of a passport whilst others require an International Driving Permit.   • Can I book travel for a group through MeYouandAView? Yes, you can. In fact, we encourage it.   • Are you LGBTQ+ friendly? Yes, Absolutely, Every One is Welcome Here, This is A Safe Place. We are proud to work with suppliers who can provide tailor made holidays for everyone.

  • Do I have to pay in full when I accept a quote? Generally No. However this will be determined by the supplier, date range of travel and any other specifications to each individual booking. As Independent Travel agents we aim to give you the best available options, which could include payment of a deposit and additional payment options as well as clearly stating your final date for payment. We will fully explain all your options when you request a quote and prior to any bookings being made. 

  • Your InteleTravel Agent protects you by never accepting cash or travel payments to PayPal or other personal accounts. Purchase travel through InteleTravel with peace of mind - your money and your dream trip are protected and secure. Your payments always go directly to the travel supplier (hotel, cruise line, airline, etc.) or InteleTravel. If you are asked for cash or personal payments, call 0330-808-4419.

ATOL – Air Travel Organisers Licence All the flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate. Please ask for it and check to ensure that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected. Some of the flights on this website are also financially protected by the ATOL scheme, but ATOL protection does not apply to all flights. This website will provide you with information on the protection that applies in the case of each flight before you make your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. COMPLAINT DISPUTE RESOLUTION If you have a problem whilst on holiday, this must be reported to the relevant principal/supplier or their local supplier or agent immediately. If you fail to follow this procedure there will be less opportunity to investigate and rectify your complaint. The amount of compensation you may be entitled to may be reduced or you may not receive any at all depending upon the circumstances. If you wish to complain when you return home, write to the principal/supplier. You will see the name and address plus contact details in any confirmation documents we send you. We will of course assist you with this if you wish- please contact your InteleTravel agent and copy Customer Services at customerservice@inteletravel.com. If the matter cannot be resolved and it involves us or another ABTA Member then you have the option to use ABTA's ADR scheme, approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute, see www.abta.com
